Millar Energy Limited was incorporated in September 2014 under the Companies Act 1963 as a Limited Liability Company, and has its registered office based in Accra, Ghana. The company has grown to have presence in Nigeria. The company's business include Import and Sale of petroleum Products including Gasoil (AGO), Bitumen, Low Pour Fuel Oil (LPFO), Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG). Millar Energy is also active in the Offshore servicing sector through strategic partnerships with reputable companies, services such as Marine Vessel Supply and Operations, Transportation of LPG, Offshore/Onshore Pipeline Services, Specialised Transportation, Manpower Supply and Supplying of Consumables to Offshore Facilities.

Mr. Jeff Mills

CEO

Jeff is a seasoned professional in petroleum trading with over 25 years of experience. He started off working with the Ghana Petroleum Corporation after his university education in Business Administration from the University of Ghana. Thereafter he set up his business, Spectrade Ghana Ltd to import petroleum products into Ghana.
In 2001, he moved to Nigeria and from 2002 he successfully managed Shield Petroleum for 11 years. He currently runs Millar Energy Limited which he formed in 2014. He also serves as a director in some other companies. He has attended several petroleum courses of the years and is a member of the Institute of Petroleum in the United Kingdom.

Cyril Laryea

PARTNER

Cyril is the Founder of CNL Global, an International Logistics Company based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, providing service to numerous clients in Africa. His career in logistics management began in 1994 with his recruitment during his first year at Brenau University in Atlanta, Georgia by The News Group, LLC (“TNG”) / ProLogix Distribution Services, LLC. TNG is one of North America’s largest end to-end logistics companies. Under Cyril’s leadership, TNG’s south-eastern operations reached unprecedented success through the saturation of the Company’s footprint and the creation of new business lines in the Book and Magazine Industry. He is also a director of Global Concierge LLC, USA .

Phyllis Teiko Ablordeppey

OFFICE MANAGER

Phyllis is a graduate of Central University College and holds a BSC in Management Studies. She has under her belt many years of experience in Office Administration in the Industry having worked in various capacities including as Head of Administration, Akwaaba Petroleum Ltd and Zeefacto Oil Limited. Her procession of great Inter-personal skills is one of the many assets she brings to the company.

Robert Amankwah Wireko

COMPANY ACCOUNTANT

He holds a Bachelor of Technology B’Tech Accounting from the Kumasi Technical University an upstanding member of the of Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA - Ghana), Level II. He has worked in various capacities in the accounting field including the position of Finance Manager of Media Majique and Research Systems. His brings to our organization, among other skills, expertise in the field of Preparation of Management and Final Accounts as well sound Internal Auditing.

Fiifi Asiedu Domson

MARKETING MANAGER

He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Professional Studies Accra as well as a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Marketing) from The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He has worked in various Sales and Marketing capacities in the Oil Industry and has helped develop policies to help standardize. operationalize, implements and monitor Marketing Strategies and Plans.He has also been at the forefront of our organization’s internal process aimed at researching and updating our market Strategies for the Downstream Oil Industry within the country as well as competitor analysis of market activities.
